Transcriptomic analysis of cold-acclimated D10 T cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: T cells are highly sensitive to temperature changes, and low temperatures markedly affect their motility and functional behavior. In this study, we performed RNA sequencing to investigate transcriptomic changes associated with cold acclimation in T cells. D10 CD4⁺ helper T cells were cultured at either 37°C or cold-acclimated at 26°C for 24 hours, followed by RNA extraction and high-throughput sequencing. Comparative transcriptomic analysis was conducted to identify genes and biological pathways regulated by cold acclimation. This dataset provides a resource for understanding molecular responses of T cells to sustained low-temperature exposure.
