Transcriptome analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings after combined isoxaben and PEP3 treatment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cell wall damage causes the induction of plant signaling. Here, we used isoxaben treatment to inhibit cellulose biosynthesis and cause cell wall damage. PEP3 is detected by PEPR receptors and contributes to both plant defense signaling and the regulation of isoxaben-induced responses.
