The Role of EGL-6 Expression in FLP-17 Mediated Signaling


ABSTRACT: Our work seeks to understand the role of neuropeptide signaling in the regulation of metabolism and cellular stress. The goal of this sequencing experiment was to determine how loss of function of the GPCR EGL-6 changes transcriptional profiles in adult C. elegans in the context of overexpression of the neuropeptide FLP-17.
