Regulation of Downstream Processing by Different Expression Levels of FLP-17

ABSTRACT: Our work seeks to understand the role of neuropeptide signaling in the regulation of metabolism and cellular stress. The primary goal of this sequencing experiment was to determine how whole animal expression of FLP-17 changes in the context of different extrachromasomal arrays and how this corresponds to hsp-4p::gfp reporter expression. As a secondary goal, we sought to determine how increasing FLP-17 expression modulates downstream transcriptional pathways.
