Single-cell RNA sequencing of mouse hearts under normal fat diet and high fat diet conditions

ABSTRACT: To investigate transcriptional changes in the heart induced by diet, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on pooled mouse hearts from normal fat diet (NFD, 10% kcal fat) and high fat diet (HFD, 60% kcal fat) groups using the Parse Biosciences Evercode WT Mini v3 kit.
