ABSTRACT: IBER or MEZI, POM reduced expression key inducers (macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and interleukin-10 (IL-10)) of monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells (M-MDSCs) in CD33+ cells and reduced proinflammatory genes such as CCL5 in HMCLs and inhibited IL-10 secretion from IL-10-producing HMCLs.
