Danggui Niantong granules in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis - a mechanistic approach using ceRNA networks

ABSTRACT: This project aims to explore the changes in ceRNA expression profiles of mh7a after the use of Danggui Niantong granules. In conclusion, this study provides evidence that DGNTG exhibits anti-RA effects associated with its inhibition of synoviocyte proliferation, migration and invasion. To explore the underlying mechanism, we constructed a ceRNA network based on transcriptomic data from DGNTG-treated MH7A cells.
