PoxTMA7 has essential impacts on translation landscape in Penicillium oxalicum
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: PoxTMA7 containing a highly conserved domain TMA7 (Translation machainary associated protein 7). The deletion of PoxTMA7 significanlty reduced the cellulase production by 70% in P. oxalicum, but the underlying translation regulatory mechanism remain unclear. In order to inveatigating the mechanism of PoxTMA7 in translation regulation. We performed ribosome profiling sequencing (Ribo-seq) of WT and detaPoxTMA7 to explaining the landscape of PoxTMA7 in translation regulation.
