The effects of expression of the EWS-FLI1 oncoprotein on alternative splicing

ABSTRACT: Ewing sarcoma (EwS) is a group of bone and soft tissue cancers in children and young adults. Since expression of the EWS-FLI1 oncoprotein perturbs the function of a splicing factor, EWSR1, EWS-FLI1 may induce alternative splicing events in Ewing saocoma cells.
