FGF12-overexpression HEL cell line
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Fibroblast Growth Factor 12 (FGF12), a non-secretory member of the FGF homologous factor family, plays a pivotal role in modulating intracellular signaling and cellular homeostasis. In this study, we successfully established stable FGF12-overexpression cell lines using HEL cell line via lentiviral transduction. To rigorously evaluate the phenotypic and molecular shifts, an empty vector Negative Control (NC) group was simultaneously generated. By integrating high-throughput transcriptomic analysis and biochemical assays, we aimed to explore the molecular landscape altered by FGF12 upregulation. Our preliminary findings indicate significant perturbations in p53 signaling ,providing new insights into the regulatory network of FGF12 and its potential as a therapeutic target in AML.
