Expression analysis of RCc3:OsNAC10 and GOS2:OsNAC10 transgenic rice plants

ABSTRACT: For identification of genes up-regulated in RCc3:OsNAC10, GOS2:OsNAC10 plants, total RNA (100 μg) was prepared from root and leaf tissues of 14-d-old transgenic and non-transgenic rice seedlings (Oryza sativa cv Nipponbare) grown under normal growth conditions.
