Single-cell transcriptomic profiling of Siniperca chuatsi spleen in response to ISKNV infection

ABSTRACT: Single-cell RNA sequencing was employed to investigate the host-virus interaction between Mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi) and Infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV). Comparative analysis was performed on spleen samples obtained from ISKNV-infected individuals and healthy controls.
