RNAseq of mAECs cultured in normal medium or treated with the supernatant from TNFα+CD68+ macrophages

ABSTRACT: We isolated TNFα+CD68+ macrophages from atherosclerotic mice, and transferred the conditioned medium to normal murine aortic endothelial cells (mAECs). mAECs cultured in normal medium was used as the negative control. Following a 48-h incubation in conditioned media, mAECs were subjected to bulk RNA-sequencing analysis.
