Transcriptomic Effects of Human Neural Stem Cell Derived Extracellular Vesicle Supplementation Following Chemoradiotherapy for Brain Cancer

ABSTRACT: Expression of 757 genes related to neuroinflammation was analyzed across 7 treatment groups of male mice to investigate the neuroprotective effects of two different human neural stem cell (hNSC)-derrived extracellular vesicles (EVs) against chemoradiotherapy for brain cancer; the two stem cell lines are Shef6 and UCI-191, kindly provided from our collaborators.
