Single-cell RNA-seq (SORT-seq) of human heart Treg cells (QMU-SF-s001–QMU-SF-s012)

ABSTRACT: Processed scRNA-seq data were generated from primary human heart Treg/T-cell samples across 12 SORT-seq plates (QMU-SF-s001–QMU-SF-s012). Raw reads were mapped to the human reference genome (GRCh38, Ensembl release 98) using STARsolo (v2.7.10b) and cells were retained using STARsolo default filtering plus an additional cutoff of ≥500 UMIs per cell. This submission provides filtered gene-count matrices for downstream analysis; an exploratory Seurat QC/clustering report is provided as supplementary material.
