Prefrontal cortex bulk RNA-seq analysis of drug-treated Tbr1+/K228E heterozygous mice at P40
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) affects approximately 2.8% of the population and is characterized by substantial genetic heterogeneity. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on prefrontal cortex tissue from Tbr1+/K228E heterozygous (HT) and wild-type (WT) mice. Animals were analyzed at postnatal day 40 (P40) following three weeks of treatment with fluoxetine or lithium. Both male and female mice were included. Dissected prefrontal cortex tissue was used for RNA extraction and sequencing.
