Maternal obesity Reprograms Offspring Intestinal Epithelium via Tuft Cell-Mediated ECM-Integrin Signaling

ABSTRACT: We established a maternal obesity rat model using a high-fat diet. scRNA-seq was performed on E19.5 fetal colon. CellChat and hdWGCNA were used to analyze intercellular communication and identify functional modules. Inflammatory cytokines were detected by the Luminex Assay.
