The mechanism of reproductive toxicity induced by Triptolide was revealed by epitranscriptomics


ABSTRACT: Triptolide is the core active component of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F, which has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation, neuroprotection, immunosuppression and anti-tumor, but the mechanism of its significant reproductive toxicity has not been clarified. This study aims to investigate the relationship between triptolide-induced reproductive toxicity and m6A methylation modifications.
