The interaction between virus-bound KLF4 and host-bound PARP1 directs the localization of Adeno-Associated Virus Type 2 (wtAAV2) to cellular sites of DNA damage
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Using a modified iteration of a circular chromosome conformation capture to map the location of viral genomes (V3Cseq), we show that the Adeno-Associated Virus genome localizes spatially with cellular sites of DNA damage during treatment with DDR inhibitors or in the presence of a mutated KLF4 binding site within the wtAAV2 genome.
