Effect of TRAP-1 and control compounds on gene expression in BxPC-3 cells

ABSTRACT: TRAP-1 is a transcriptional activator of p53. To determine the downstream effects of TRAP-1 on gene expression, we perfromed mRNAseq on BxPC-3 cells treateted with the drug, negative controls, and positive controls.
