Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing of breast cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study comprises 158 clinical samples diagnosed as breast carcinoma in situ. Total RNA was extracted from fresh-frozen tissue specimens and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing to characterize the transcriptomic landscape and identify molecular signatures associated with disease progression and heterogeneity.
