ABSTRACT: Celastrol, a terpenoid compound isolated from the plant Tripterygium wilfordii (Thunder God Vine), has been shown to have powerful anti-tumor effects against various developing cancers. Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone malignancy in children and adolescents, and its long-term survival has remained stagnant over the past few decades.
