Spatial transcriptomic analysis of human iPSC-derived hemanoids at day 16 and day 28
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived hemanoids provide a three-dimensional model to study early hematopoietic development in vitro. To characterize the spatial organization and transcriptional dynamics of this system, we performed spatial transcriptomic profiling of FFPE hemanoids at day 16 and day 28 of differentiation using the 10x Genomics Visium Spatial Gene Expression platform (Visium v1 chemistry). This dataset captures the identification and spatial distribution of hematopoietic cells within the three-germ-layer-derived hemanoid environment.
