RNA-seq profiling of serially selected invasive and parental patient-derived glioblastoma stem-like cells

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains RNA sequencing profiles of patient-derived glioblastoma stem-like cells cultured in 3D conditions. A highly invasive subpopulation was generated by serial selection using transwell invasion assays and compared to the parental population. The dataset enables identification of transcriptional differences associated with a stable invasive phenotype in glioblastoma cells.
