The effects of the loss of SMARCB1 on DNA damage repair

ABSTRACT: SMARCB1 is the core subunit of BAF complex. However, the role of SMARCB1 in DNA damage repair remains unclear. Here, we performed an RNA sequencing study in the SMARCB1 knockout cells to identify in RNA expression and splicing following loss of SMARCB1.
