Single-cell sequencing of the human fetal uveal tract

ABSTRACT: Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on human fetal uveal tract tissue at 12 and 20 weeks post-conception to generate a comprehensive cellular atlas. This dataset provides single-cell resolution characterization of the anterior uveal tract (ciliary body and iris) and posterior uveal tract (choroid and retinal pigment epithelium) during critical developmental stages, enabling investigation of uveal tract development and disease mechanisms.
