ABSTRACT: This study aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying drought stress responses in 84K poplar by analyzing transcriptomic changes at 3, 6, and 9 days of treatment. It sought to identify differentially expressed genes, key biological pathways (including photosynthesis, ROS metabolism, and hormone signaling), and core regulatory networks involved in drought adaptation.
