Gene Expression Changes Induced by FBXW5 overexpression in triple-negative breast cancer cells

ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of FBXW5 as a tumor-intrinsic immunosuppressive regulator in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), we established FBXW5 overexpression models in TNBC cell lines 4T1 (mouse) and MDA-MB-468 (human). Total RNA was extracted and subjected to transcriptome sequencing using next-generation sequencing technology to identify downstream pathways.
