Epigenomic Profiling of Multiple Myeloma using two different Low-Input platforms with overlapping results.


ABSTRACT: This study compares two CUT&Tag workflows for profiling histone modifications in multiple myeloma using low cell numbers. Both methods produced high-quality, reproducible data with similar performance, demonstrating their suitability for epigenomic analysis in limited patient samples.
