Ethylene glycol poisoning induces nephrolithiasis including complement-fibrinogen-related renal tubular injury in rats


ABSTRACT: We conducted transcriptome analysis to search clues to find novel mechanisms during ethylene glycol intoxication (8 g/kg body weight, orally, 2 and 5 days) in rat kidney. Total RNAs from the control and ethylene glycol groups were subjected to DNA microarray analysis.
