Pleuromutilins alleviate psoriasis via inhibition of hnRNP-U/TNF-α

ABSTRACT: We find that upregulation of hnRNP-U promotes psoriasis-associated inflammation, whereas epidermis-specific knockout of hnRNP-U in mice markedly attenuates psoriasiform dermatitis.
