Hepatic transcriptomic changes with subchronic exposure to a dioxin mixture


ABSTRACT: In this study, the primary focus was to determine changes in hepatic gene expression with exposure to a mixture of dioxins and dioxin-like compounds. This study addresses a critical knowledge gap by investigating sex-dependent effects from low-dose exposure to a mixture of dioxin and dioxin-like compounds in the context of sex differences and dietary patterns.
