Effect of genetic knockdown Emb on enteric neuronal development in mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: EMB is a neural adhesion molecule that participates in the development of the enteric nervous system, but its specific mechanism in the development of enteric neurons remains unclear. We constructed Emb knockdown mice and performed SmartseqII transcriptome sequencing by flow sorting CD56+CD24+ intestinal neurons from 4-week-old wild-type and Emb knockdown mice. This work helps us further understand the role of EMB proteins in the development of intestinal neurons.
