High-throughout sequencing of ovarian cancer cells treated with YY-15
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: After treating human ovarian cancer cells A2780 and ES2 with YY-15, high-throughput sequencing technology was employed. The transcriptome analysis revealed that YY-15 does not exert its anti-tumor effect solely through telomere dysfunction, but instead simultaneously regulates cell cycle, senescence, apoptosis, and metabolic-related signaling pathways, thereby synergistically inducing the death of ovarian cancer cells.
