Effect of genetic knockdown Emb on enteric neural crest cell development in mice.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: EMB is a neural adhesion molecule that participates in the development of the enteric nervous system, but its specific mechanism remains unclear. We constructed Emb knockdown mice and performed Smartseq II transcriptome sequencing by flow sorting CD271+CD57+ enteric neural crest cells from E14.5 wild-type and Emb knockdown mice. This work helps us further understand the role of EMB proteins in the development of enteric neural crest cells.
