Sorted bulk RNA-seq profiling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cell populations across diverse in vitro immune stimuli
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from healthy, de-identified donors were stimulated in vitro with a subset of immune stimuli and profiled by bulk RNA sequencing following fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Following a 48-hour assay, major immune cell populations were isolated, including monocytes, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and B cells, and subjected to RNA-seq. This dataset captures cell type-specific transcriptional responses to B cell stimulator cells (BCS), CytoStim™, lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and IFN-α, alongside unstimulated baseline controls.
