Effect of docosahexaenoic acid priming of human adipose-tissue mesenchymal stromal cells used to produce secretome for regenerative applications in spinal cord injury
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Bulk mRNAsec analysis was performed on human adipose-tissue mesenchymal stromal cells (ASCs) cultured in vitro after 72 hours of exposure to the omega-3 lipid docosahexaenoic acid. It was found that this lipid treatment promoted broad and specific transcriptional changes associated with metabolic and stress response pathways.
