ABSTRACT: ATAC-seq analysis of mouse pachytene spermatocytes following BMH21 treatment, which disrupts pre-rRNA within the XY body. BMH21 treatment induces chromatin accessibility changes compared to DMSO control. Two biological replicates per condition.
