Exploring the Mechanism of Rapamycin in Attenuating Renal Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury


ABSTRACT: To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of rapamycin on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, we established rat models with sham, I/R, and rapamycin treatment.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data of kidney tissues from 3 groups of rats with 3 biological replicates each.
