Deciphering Senescence-Associated Mechanisms Through Cell Painting & Transcriptomics
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Senescence is a key pathomechanism across chronic diseases but highly heterogeneous. In this study we demonstrate that high-content imaging and transcriptomics can jointly shed light on senescence in vitro, distinguishing healthy and chemically induced senescence, differentiation from quiescence and characterization of senolytic response.
