H3K4me3 ChIPmentation-seq, human primary fibroblasts
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with tagmentation followed by next-generation sequencing (ChIPmentation-seq) for histone H3 lysine 4 trimethylation (H3K4me3) was performed in human primary fibroblasts. H3K4me3 is a mark of active promoters and was used to identify open, transcriptionally active chromatin in primary dermal fibroblasts isolated from healthy donors.
