Impact of Peg3 deletion in mouse trophoblast stem cells on H3K9me3 profiles
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Peg3 is an imprinted gene that in itself is a KRAB zinc finger protein. We established knockout trophoblast stem cell lines (TSCs) in which we ablated the majority of the zinc finger motifs of the PEG3 coding region using CRISPR-Cas9-mediated deletion. We then profiled wild-type (WT) and knockout (KO) TSC lines for the genome-wide distribution of the epigenetic repressive mark H3K9me3 by ChIP-seq.
