ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to comprehensively evaluate the effects of thymoquinone, alone and in combination with 5-fluorouracil, on global gene expression profiles in colorectal cancer cells following treatment. Cells treated with thymoquinone, 5-fluorouracil or their combination were subjected to genome-wide gene expression analysis. Transcriptomic profiling was performed using an oligonucleotide microarray platform
