Expression profile of Mgat5 knockout (CRISPR-Cas9) in murine colon adenocarcinoma cells (MC38)

ABSTRACT: mRNA samples from murine colon adenocarcinoma cells (MC38) (Control condition MC38 WT; Empty vector condition MC38 MOCK; Knockout condition 1: MC38 KO T5 clone 1 and Knockout condition 2: MC38 KO T5) were amplified, labeled, and hybridized to Clariom™ S Array mouse (Thermo Scientific, USA). Normalization and analysis of microarray data were performed using Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) software (Affymetrix, USA).
