Temporal regulation of EPAS1 and whole-blood lncRNA-mRNA expression during four weeks of altitude training in Han Chinese and Tibetan endurance athletes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study examined temporal hypoxia-responsive gene expression during a four-week naturalistic altitude-training camp. Whole-blood lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles were generated from trained male Han Chinese and Tibetan endurance athletes to evaluate dynamic transcriptional organization associated with altitude-transition context and EPAS1 regulation.
