Transcriptomic profiling of NO07G02030 knockout and overexpression mutants in Nannochloropsis oceanica


ABSTRACT: Genetic perturbation through knockout (KO) and overexpression (OE) revealed that NO07G02030 predominantly promotes genome-wide H3K36me3 deposition and gene activation. Strikingly, it also represses H3K36me3 at a distinct subset of 509 genes, demonstrating dual-directional regulatory capacity.
