Bulk RNA-seq of RM1 and EMT6 tumor models treated with PBS, M1, and M1-mutIL-18

ABSTRACT: This submission contains bulk RNA sequencing data generated from murine syngeneic tumor tissues collected from RM1 prostate cancer and EMT6 breast cancer tumor models treated with PBS, OVM (M1), or OVM18 (M1-mutIL-18). This study aimed to characterize tumor transcriptional changes and identify transcriptomic features associated with differential antitumor responses to OVM18 therapy across tumor models.
