Effect of depletion of Ezh2 on H3K27me3 distribution


ABSTRACT: We performed ChIP‑seq for the following specific combinations to directly test the core hypotheses of our study while prioritizing key comparisons: H3K27me3 in Ezh2 KO cells, to confirm the global reduction of H3K27me3 upon Ezh2 loss and to identify loci where this mark is lost, which may explain the promotion pluripotency exit.
