Initial OX40–OX40L Signaling Promotes a Skin-Resident Memory T-Cell Reservoir in Atopic Dermatitis

ABSTRACT: Spatial transcriptomic analysis was performed on two lesional skin biopsies obtained from a patient with atopic dermatitis before treatment, including an erythematous lesion and a nodular lesion. Gene expression and spatial cellular organization were analyzed using the 10x Genomics Xenium platform.
