IGF2BP2 promotes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma progression through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway


ABSTRACT: This study investigated the role of IGF2BP2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Bulk RNA-seq was performed in ECA109 cells stably transfected with negative-control shRNA or IGF2BP2 shRNA to identify transcriptomic changes associated with IGF2BP2 knockdown.
